I recently stayed at Surestay Hotel and was pretty surprised. The room looked freshly remodeled with a stylish bathroom. The breakfast offered a nice start to the day Just be prepared for tight parking!

Convenient stay with decent amenities

The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a pleasant surprise of modern furnishings. The peaceful environment allowed for a good night’s sleep.

The Wi-Fi connection was slow, making it tough to stream. The check-in process felt disorganized, creating initial confusion with reservations.

The remodeled rooms feature excellent modern looks and stylish bathrooms with marble vanities, making the stay visually appealing.

Upon arrival, issues arose with broken key cards, leaving me with a standard key to manage the deadbolt. The room lacked towels entirely, leading to a frustrating wait as the towels were supposedly located in laundry, which took over two hours to resolve, and even then, I only received two bath towels with no additional washcloths. The condition of the room was questionable, with sightings of pests and broken fixtures, adding to the overall discomfort.

Just a solid selection for a short break in Laredo with outstanding value. The parking was convenient and offered plenty of space, which was a plus. Make sure to ask for a room away from the noisy street.
